By accessing www.sezersorganic.com and ordering products, you agree that you accept the following terms in the E-Commerce System Usage Policy. Sezers Organic DOOEL OHRID reserves the right to change the policies and terms of use, which will be listed on this page.
POLICY AND TERMS REGARDING THE PRICES OF THE PRODUCTS
The prices of all products on the website www.sezersorganic.com are expressed in Denars including VAT. Sezers Organic DOOEL OHRID reserves the right to change prices, in accordance with the company's policy, without notice to users. Price correction will not be made if the order is accepted. The buyer undertakes to pay the price offered at the time of execution of the order, regardless of the fact that the price may have changed in the meantime.
DELIVERY OF ORDERS
This Policy refers to the delivery of products ordered electronically, whereby the products will be delivered through the own delivery system of Sezers Organic DOOEL OHRID under the following conditions:
• The delivery of the items is carried out in certain settlements in the territory of North Macedonia, specified in the order form.
• The products are delivered to the entrance of the residential building.
• Delivery costs are included in the final price of the order.
• Shipping costs vary depending on the zone of the specified shipping address.
DELIVERY DEADLINE
Product delivery is made every Tuesday by cargo or in person by our delivery service. To receive the products on the same day, the order should be made by 2 p.m. You will be contacted by the delivery person for the exact date. Sezers Organic DOOEL OHRID undertakes to deliver the products at the announced time or not later than one hour from the announced time. Under normal conditions, if the ordered products are not delivered within the stipulated period, the buyer is not obliged to pay for the order, i.e. the amount already paid will be refunded within a reasonable period, and the products will be withdrawn (returned) during the delivery itself or by scheduling the term for receiving (returning) the products. The right to return/refund cannot be exercised if the products are damaged, that is, they are not in their original form.
The rule for exemption from payment or refund in case of delivery delay does not apply if the delivery conditions are extraordinary. Extraordinary delivery conditions mean:
• Extremely bad weather conditions
• New Year's Eve, Christmas and Easter
• A state of elementary disaster
• Another official crisis at the local or state level
The assessment of the normality of the conditions is decided by Sezers Organic DOOEL OHRID.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
In the event that the customer purchased food products with defects, Sezers Organic DOOEL OHRID undertakes to replace them with products of suitable quality or to return the amount paid to the consumer, if the defects are determined within the period until which the product can be used.
For all other products, the customer has the right to return a purchased product within 2 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product being returned is in the same form and content in which it was delivered, unpacked, unused and undamaged, with all labels and markings which he had on delivery.
The right of return does not apply to fresh food products delivered without defects.
The funds will be returned to the same bank account that was used for payment, or as a voucher (credit) for subsequent purchases if the buyer requests it.
The right to return products can be exercised by filling out a Return Request.

Sezers Organic DOOEL OHRID is not responsible for possible minor changes in relation to the products shown in the photos on the official website. The photos shown on the website www.sezersorganic.com are of an informative nature.
